FREQUENTLY ASKED
For weddings and large-scale events, we recommend reaching out 6–12 months ahead to secure the right partners. Smaller private dinners and celebrations can often be arranged within a few weeks, depending on availability.
Our studio is based in Amsterdam and most of our events take place across the Netherlands, but we regularly travel for the right occasion. Let us know your location and we'll confirm availability.
Absolutely. We're happy to plan around a venue you've already booked, or help you find one that fits your vision, guest count and budget.
Concept and planning, coordination of our partner network — chefs, service teams, photographers and entertainment — and full on-site management, from setup through to the final guest leaving.
Every event is quoted individually based on scope, guest count and the partners involved. After an initial conversation, we put together a clear proposal with no hidden costs.
